Privacy Policy

AdPanel ("AdPanel," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Avalon Platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website at adpanel.io, our web application, our Chrome extension, and our Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration with Claude and other supported clients.

By using AdPanel, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Clerk).

Payment information. If you purchase credits or a subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive billing-related metadata (such as transaction status and the last four digits of your card) but do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Content you upload. This includes product images, reference images and videos, moodboards, brand assets, store URLs, and prompts you submit to generate ads. This content is stored so we can provide the service and show your results in your account.

Usage and technical data. We collect information about how you use AdPanel, including pages visited, features used, credit usage, generation job status, IP address, browser type, device information, and similar technical logs used for security, debugging, and product improvement.

Communications. If you contact us for support or receive product emails, we keep those messages and related contact details.

Our Chrome extension ("adpanel — Recreate any image") helps you send an image or video you explicitly select on supported inspiration sites (such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Images) to AdPanel as a style reference.

The extension only runs on the sites listed in its Chrome Web Store listing. It reads image and video URLs from the page to display a Recreate button when you hover over eligible media. It does not read your feed or browsing history in the background.

When you click Recreate, the extension may capture the selected media and temporarily store it in chrome.storage.local so an AdPanel tab can import it. That temporary data is deleted after import. The extension does not collect your name, email, or AdPanel account credentials — sign-in happens separately on adpanel.io.

We do not sell extension data. We do not use extension data for purposes unrelated to letting you import a reference into AdPanel.

If you connect AdPanel to Claude or another MCP client, you authorize that client to act on your behalf using OAuth. We store connection tokens and related authorization records so the integration can create ads in your account.

Prompts, tool calls, and media references sent through MCP are processed to run generations and return results to your AdPanel account. Credit usage applies the same as when you use the web app directly.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain AdPanel
• Process generations and deliver finished ads to your account
• Manage credits, billing, subscriptions, and auto-refill
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Respond to support requests and send service-related emails
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and fix errors
• Improve our product and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

AdPanel uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate images and videos, host files, process payments, send email, and operate the platform. These providers process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf, under contractual obligations.

Your uploaded content and prompts may be sent to AI model providers to fulfill generation requests. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, authentication, payments, email, AI inference, analytics) who help us run AdPanel
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required

We keep account and generation data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete content from your account where the product allows it. We may retain certain records longer when required for legal, tax, accounting, or security purposes.

Chrome extension import data in local browser storage is removed after successful import or when you clear extension storage.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hi@avalonplatforms.com.

You can disconnect the MCP integration from Claude settings. You can uninstall the Chrome extension at any time from Chrome's extension manager.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and to remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

AdPanel is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

AdPanel is operated from the United States. If you access the service from other regions, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of AdPanel after changes means you accept the updated policy.
